How long will it take before I can download my certificate once I have received the email confirming successful completion of my NQT induction?
There may be a delay of a few days before your TRA Teacher Record is updated and your certificate made available to download via the website link provided in the email confirming successful completion of your NQT induction. Please note that during the summer period it may take a little longer. However, if after receipt of your confirmation email your TRA Teacher Record should still appear to be unchanged in the last week of the summer holidays, please contact the Entrust NQT Service using the NQT Manager ‘Helpdesk’ system.

When will I receive notification that my amended and re submitted NQT final assessment has been reviewed?
Re submitted assessments will be processed towards the end of the summer holiday period and at the start of the new academic year.

Will a delay in resubmitting my final assessment because my headteacher or induction tutor is not available to amend and or sign my assessment during the summer holiday disadvantage me?

Will my completion date for NQT induction be affected as I have received an email stating my NQT final assessment has been ‘rejected’ and will require resubmitting with some amendments required?
If additional details, or minor amendments have been requested this is to ensure consistency across schools and that the all the expected information is communicated in your final assessment to provide a complete picture of your practice at the conclusion of your induction period. Once resubmitted, reviewed and approved your TRA Teacher Record will be updated to show you have successfully completed your induction. The completion date recorded will be the date shown on your final assessment as the end of your final assessment period, even if there is a delay of a few weeks whilst the requested amendments are made.
