How do I obtain login details so that I can register my NQT as I have not used the Entrust NQT Manager system before?
If your school has previously used the Entrust NQT Manager system to register NQTs then the headteacher and or NQT induction coordinator will be registered to use the system. They will be able to add your details which will generate your login details.

How do I obtain login details so that I can register my NQT as my school has not used the Entrust NQT Manager system before?
From the Entrust NQT Manager system sign in page the headteacher or NQT induction coordinator should click on the ‘Register as an Induction Coordinator’ button, select their school from the drop down list and enter their details. Once their registration has been approved they can add other members of staff to take part in the induction process and register NQTs.

When should I register my NQT for a September 2018 start?
Your NQT should be registered before starting their employment or as soon as possible on taking up their post to enable their NQT induction to commence. It is possible for you to register your NQTs details at any time on the NQT Manager system.

Why is it taking a long time for my NQTs registration to be approved?
Once your NQTs details have been submitted a number of data checks are made. Sometimes delays occur for a number of reasons including incorrect data received so that TRA Teacher Records cannot be located, QTS status has not been confirmed, and personal email addresses for tutors submitted. Registrations can only be approved once any issues of this nature have been resolved.
